This Privacy Policy describes how Hairstyle Try On App (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.

The App only processes:

• Images you upload or capture to try on hairstyles, hair colors, makeup, or face refinement features.
• Anonymous usage data, such as device type and app performance metrics.

Face Data:

• Facial images are processed solely for visual transformation (e.g., hairstyle simulation, makeup, face refinement).
• We do not perform face recognition, identification, or biometric analysis.
• Face data is never linked to your identity, and we do not collect or store any facial landmarks or biometric identifiers.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Uploaded images are securely transmitted via HTTPS to Fal AI’s cloud processing API to generate hairstyle or makeup transformations.

Images are:

• Temporarily processed to generate the transformed result.
• Automatically deleted from Fal AI’s servers immediately after processing.
• Stored locally only if you explicitly save or download them within the app.

We do not use image data for analytics, marketing, or any secondary purpose.

3. Subscriptions

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions (weekly and yearly Pro plans). RevenueCat handles purchase validation and subscription management through Apple’s App Store.

We do not collect or store any personal information during this process.

4. Data Security

All data transfers occur over secure HTTPS connections.

Facial images are processed only temporarily and are deleted automatically after completion.

Images you choose to save remain in your local device storage and can be deleted by you at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following trusted third-party providers:

• Fal AI – for cloud image generation and transformation.
• RevenueCat – for subscription management.

Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details on their security practices.

6. Your Rights

You may delete all generated images and app data at any time by removing the App from your device.

The app does not retain any personal or face data on external servers.
